How do I contact support?

The Learning@Cisco Centralized Support provides a suite of support services to meet your certification program needs including Instant Answers, Program Updates and the ability to manage your support cases online.

If the located Answer does not address your question, you can contact a Customer Support Agent at 1-800-553-6387 opt 4, opt 1(US/Canada). For international customers,
click here. Select your continent and country/language. Then select "An Educator & Learner". If checking certification status only, then select "Check Certification Status". In all other cases, select "Become Certified" and then "Become Certified" again. Cases may also be created online by clicking on the Contact Certification Support tab. You will need to have a Certification and Communities Online Support account to create an online case. Please note that cases created online will be responded to within 2 business days.
