How do I contact support?

The Cisco Certification & Communities Online Support tool provides a suite of support services to meet your certification program needs including Instant Answers, Program Updates and the ability to manage your support cases online.

If the located Answer does not address your question, you can contact a Customer Support Agent at 1-800-553-6387 opt 4, opt 1(US/Canada). For international customers,
click here. Select your Country under the Regional Certification Support Phone Numbers. Cases may also be created online by clicking on the Contact Certification Support tab. You will need to have a Certification and Communities Online Support account to create an online case. Please note that cases created online will be responded to within 2 business days.
